Our shipping rates are calculated at the checkout of our website based on the weight of the load being sent. We ship to mainland UK postcodes only. This excludes Northern Ireland and those areas considered Scottish Highlands, Islands, and "out of area" by the courier.

Delivery of your order is 3-5 working days (UK mainland) after ordering providing we have stock available. We will contact you within 48 hours to advise if stock is not available following receipt of your order.

Pallet Deliveries Information

Pallet deliveries are made between Monday - Friday 8:00am and 5:00pm unless an AM or PM service has been selected. We ask the delivery company to call approximately 1 hour before they are due to arrive.

All pallet deliveries are made 'kerbside'. This means your order will be left outside of your property at the nearest accessible location. Please note the pallet truck cannot travel over grass, gravel or steps and the driver will be unable to assist you in taking the goods into your property.

Please ensure you have let us know of any delivery restrictions that would prevent an 18-tonne lorry from unloading a pallet by tail lift outside your property.

Please ensure somebody is at the property on your selected delivery day as failed palletised deliveries will, unfortunately, result in re-delivery charges. Some tile boxes weigh in excess of 30kg each and we recommend you have arranged help on the day of delivery if you need it.

All deliveries must be signed for and any shortages, damages, or other discrepancies 'must be detailed' on the delivery note and reported within 48 hours. We therefore ask that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
